A geomagnetic storm with a Kp-index of 4 is expected on 3 September
According to the forecast for 3 September, a small geomagnetic disturbances is expected — geomagnetic activity level G0, Kp-index 4.
At high latitudes, slight disruptions in satellite communication channels and GPS may occur. Vulnerable satellite systems may experience minor surface charging, but without significant consequences. The aurora borealis may be visible in regions between 60–65° latitude.
Despite the lack of a unified scientific opinion on the impact of geomagnetic storms on health, it is believed that their effects may be felt by people with heightened sensitivity and chronic conditions. On such days, weather-sensitive individuals should be especially cautious: monitor their well-being, avoid overexertion, and ensure adequate rest.
